Products

All products sold on this Site are printed to order by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify, and its network of independent print providers. Because items are made specifically for you after you order, production begins shortly after purchase — see our Shipping and Returns pages for details on timing and cancellation windows.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but actual color may vary slightly depending on your device display and the printing/fabric process.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted and are due in full at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by such an error.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or inability to fulfill the order — in which case we will issue a full refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or to submit fraudulent orders or payment information.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this Site are owned by Enchanted & Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enchanted & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
